What started as an entry-level role quickly turned into a journey of mastery, even at that young age, he demonstrated impressive business understanding, a strong work ethic, and a natural ability to lead.

Over the next 10 years, R.S. immersed himself in the world of leather saddlery and equestrian equipment. Through dedication, skill, and hands on experience, he grew into a recognised expert in the field. With a decade of knowledge behind him, he took a bold step: he opened his own manufacturing unit.

His commitment to quality and precision soon earned him the trust of major institutions. R.S.’s manufacturing unit became a proud supplier to the Indian Army, police forces across India, and leading equestrian buyers. His reputation grew not just nationally but internationally as he expanded into the export market, taking Indian craftsmanship to customers around the world.

A major milestone came in 2017, when R.S. travelled overseas to explore global opportunities. There, he built his own brand from the ground up, a brand that is now successfully retailed in that country and recognised for its quality and authenticity. In addition to growing his own label, he also manufactures products for several other international brands, cementing his place as a trusted global supplier.
